By accessing this Discord server and purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from making a purchase.

We offer programming, design, and software development services. The description and scope of each service will be detailed in each proposal or agreement prior to payment.

All services must be paid in advance through the agreed payment methods. Once payment is confirmed, the service process will begin.

Once payment is made, refunds will not be issued except in the following situations:

• The developer is unable to deliver the promised service.

• The developer fails to resolve the specific issue or bug as agreed.

In these cases, an alternative solution or a full refund of the paid amount will be considered.

If the developer encounters external or unforeseen circumstances causing delays, a waiting period of 7 business days will be granted. If delivery is not completed within this period, the client is entitled to request a full refund.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Central America / El Salvador time). Responses outside these hours may be delayed.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary information required for the proper execution of the service. Any delay or error caused by missing data or collaboration will not be the developer's responsibility. This includes support for tasks that require client input or approval.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, remain with the developer unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. The client receives a license to use the delivered service as intended.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.

The developer's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. The developer is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of El Salvador. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or mediation.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
